Starting March 23 you can book the newest Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. The Art of Animation Resort is a value property of mostly family suites that immerse you into the magical worlds of classic Disney and Disney•Pixar films.

The resort is built as wings dedicated to popular films like “Cars,” “The Lion King,” and “The Little Mermaid”. You can pick your favorite and live in the world of that story for your stay! The wings are opening as they are completed and the construction is ahead of schedule.

Here’s the official schedule:

There are over 500 oak trees on the Disney World property that were started from acorns that were carefully harvested from the great oak tree in Liberty Square. The 130-year old, 38-ton focal point is a tribute to the original tree in Boston and is believed to be one of the largest trees ever transplanted.

The Liberty Bell that you see in Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom is cast from the very same mold as the famous bell in Philadelphia. It was put in its place in 1987 to celebrate the bicentennial of the US Constitution.

When Lillian Disney, Walt’s wife, presided over the dedication of the World Fellowship Fountain in 1982 there were representatives of 23 countries who fed the fountain with water from the lakes and rivers of their own countries.
